Shipping Policy:
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Locations: We deliver across Pakistan through reliable courier services.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges may vary based on the size and weight of the product and will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking: Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via SMS or email for order tracking.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Return Window: Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with packaging intact.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, unaltered, and free from damage. Returns without original packaging or invoice will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, software licenses, and items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
Defective or Wrong Products: In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after inspection.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or original payment method within 7 working days after return approval.
